My name is Laarni Paras, and I provide project management and organizing support for individuals, households, and small business owners who need help getting through complex projects, organizing spaces, or navigating major transitions.
I have over 20 years of professional experience across public, private, and nonprofit environments, including work with the City of Los Angeles, major film studios, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout my career, I have worked in roles involving budgets, contracts, operations, and administration, as well as hands-on coordination of projects, spaces, and day-to-day systems.
Over time, my work naturally grew into helping people bring order to situations that feel overwhelming — whether that means organizing a home, setting up a workspace, preparing for a move, or helping a small business owner get caught up and running more smoothly. I am comfortable stepping into environments where there are many moving parts and helping create structure in a steady, practical way.
I value a respectful, non-judgmental approach, especially when working with people during important life changes. My background and personal experiences have given me an appreciation for how different families, cultures, and individuals approach their homes, belongings, and responsibilities, and I try to meet each situation with patience and care.
What I enjoy most about this work is helping people feel a sense of relief when something that once felt difficult or overwhelming becomes more manageable. My goal is always to leave a space — and the person living or working in it — in a better place than when I arrived.
